Dana’s Daily Go-To Smoothie

All of my patients know that I am a big fan of smoothies. They are easy, portable, customizable, and can be packed with nutrients! Everything that this busy mama needs!

I rarely miss a day making this smoothie because I can tell a BIG difference in my energy levels when I drink it.

Here is my favorite daily smoothie recipe: (Yield: 24oz)

-4 ice cubes

-2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

-1 small banana

-1T ground flaxseed

-1T maca powder

-1T hemp seeds

-1T psyllium husk powder

-1 scoop Plant Fusion Chocolate

-1T almond butter

This smoothie is PACKED with all of the important vitamins, omega-3s, and the all important fiber!! I always make 24oz because my kiddos always beg me for some. In fact, I often make a smaller version of this for my 4yr old and swap out the almond butter for walnut oil because my son doesn’t like the almond butter texture.
