I spent countless hours researching the best food for memory and brain health.

What I found was absolutely fascinating! Not only can certain foods and diets improve brain health, but they can also help prevent or slow down diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s!!

This particular 7-Day Meal Plan is focused on brain health.

Each day includes at least three servings of whole grains, green leafy vegetables, and one other vegetable.

Nuts and beans are included every other day, poultry and berries at least twice a week, fish at least once a week, and olive oil is the primary oil used.
